Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Mr.AI Inc. ("Company") and users in connection with the AI Market Twin service ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: The AI-based market-simulation platform operated by the Company.
- User: A member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- Content: Simulation outputs, reports, data, and any materials generated through the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service. The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms are announced at least seven days before their effective date.
Article 4 (Service Offerings)
The Company provides the following services:
- AI persona-based market simulation
- Market-entry analysis and country recommendations
- Pricing optimization analysis
- Risk analysis and executive briefing generation
Article 5 (Free Trial, Paid Products, Payment and Refunds)
(1) A free trial starts when you sign up. It covers one Hypothesis analysis within seven days of sign-up and ends at whichever comes first. No credit card is required.
(2) There are two paid products. Every paid product is a one-time payment; nothing renews or is charged again automatically.
- Plans: the plan's features and usage limits for one month from the payment date. When the month ends the workspace returns to the free tier; to keep using the plan, pay again.
- Single-run passes: one analysis of the pass's tier. A pass must be used within one year of purchase and lapses after that.
(3) Prices follow the pricing policy. Payment is made by credit card in Korean won through our payment processor, NICE Payments. Listed prices exclude VAT; the amount charged includes it.
(4) Refunds are granted in full when requested within seven days of payment if no analysis has been run. An "analysis" is one market-validation run in the Service (one run of a tier). Full details are available in the Refund Policy.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not:
- Misuse the personal information of others
- Interfere with the stable operation of the Service
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit information obtained through the Service without authorization
- Violate applicable laws or these Terms
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights to the Content and systems provided by the Service belong to the Company. However, data entered by the user and simulation results derived therefrom may be used by the Company to improve the Service, to the extent that the user's rights are not infringed.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company exercises reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of simulation outputs but is not responsible for the consequences of business decisions made based on those outputs. Simulations are decision-support tools; final decisions rest with the user.
Article 9 (Termination)
Users may delete their account at any time from the Service's settings page, or request deletion via contact@markettwin.ai or an in-Service inquiry; the Company processes requests without delay.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
