Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Mr.AI Inc. ("Company") and users in connection with the AI Market Twin service ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: The AI-based market-simulation platform operated by the Company.
- User: A member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- Content: Simulation outputs, reports, data, and any materials generated through the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service. The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms are announced at least seven days before their effective date.
Article 4 (Service Offerings)
The Company provides the following services:
- AI persona-based market simulation
- Market-entry analysis and country recommendations
- Pricing optimization analysis
- Risk analysis and executive briefing generation
Article 5 (Fees and Refunds)
Service fees and payment methods follow the pricing policy. Refunds are granted in full when requested within seven days of payment if no simulation has been run. Full details are available in the Refund Policy.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not:
- Misuse the personal information of others
- Interfere with the stable operation of the Service
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit information obtained through the Service without authorization
- Violate applicable laws or these Terms
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights to the Content and systems provided by the Service belong to the Company. However, data entered by the user and simulation results derived therefrom may be used by the Company to improve the Service, to the extent that the user's rights are not infringed.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company exercises reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of simulation outputs but is not responsible for the consequences of business decisions made based on those outputs. Simulations are decision-support tools; final decisions rest with the user.
Article 9 (Termination)
Users may terminate their use of the Service at any time via the in-Service deletion function or by emailing contact@markettwin.ai.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
